The management systems for all Kematch’ projects will be undertaken from our established Management System which is documented to produce our manuals, plans, procedures, and checklists. A Project Management Plan (PMP) has been developed as a proforma and is implemented specific to each project.

The PMP includes the following management tools:

  • Time Management: Effective time management is achieved by a detailed program which is used to report and forecast project status monthly. Microsoft Project software is used to establish the Approved Program, detailed Procurement, Construction and Commissioning and measure progress achieved against the Approved Program and Target Date. This tool will enable early identification of program delay and corrective actions to be taken.
  • Cost / Administration Management: Utilising JobPac software to monitor costs for each project element for comparison with contract sum and forecast completion costs. Monitor and report project financial status including trade summary report, variations status report and procurement report.
  • Quality Management: Kematch will be responsible for ensuring that trade works are correctly carried out to the Contract requirements and will implement key processes and checking procedures.
